Is it difficult for you to live your life?

Counseling is a process that focuses on enhancing the psychological well-being of a client. A counselor facilitates your personal growth, development, and self understanding, and helps you to adopt constructive life practices.
A counselor offers a different perspective to your problems. Sharing your thoughts and feelings with someone not personally involved in your life can be very helpful.

Myths about counseling

Counseling is self-indulgent
Participating in counseling is hard work. Improvement in therapy comes through intense self-reflection. A counselor will help you, but ultimately you do all the difficult emotional work.

Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.
